Not allocated with the required resource, my instance group did not become active at all so not able to get the servers up and running.

Second task of creating instances from managed instance group does not work. I have checked my load balancer implementation manually and its working fine but your system is not able to detect that its working for some reason. Please provide better feedback to the users.
