The 2 nginx instances in managed instance group was created. Checked the url is working for both, but somehow the progress check error out with the message that there is not 2 nginx instances.

There is something funky with the instructions here. I completed all the steps but the load balancer is not working. I think it has to do with the startup script that is provided, but not sure. ALSO I was instructed to put resources in us-west4-a and continuously received errors saying that there were no persistent disk resources available for that zone, which made me fail the lab and waste a credit.
