Implement Load Balancing on Compute Engine: Challenge Lab Reviews

I fine this lab so interesting. However, it is not clearly specified that certain resources should be Global. This has caused me to had to repeat this Lab several times and not sure what was wrong....

I created a managed instance group, but the check never managed to get past this step. What was I doing wrong? I even used the previous lab to help me with the challenge, but still it failed. How can I complete this lab if the check is broken?

Did the lab again and have a fully functional http load balance with external ip http://34.117.193.76/ both webservers are responding from the instance group based on the instance template with the startup script displaying the host name. the check still does not function
