I couldn't get past crating a new datalab instance. i kept getting the error: write() argument must be str, not bytes

Got: "Waiting for SSH key to propagate. Timeout waiting for the connection to become healthy. Trying again with a new connection... Connection closed write() argument must be str, not bytes"
