Error on creating new app without first running export DOTNET_CLI_TELEMETRY_OPTOUT=1. The snapshot for Container Registry is also outdated.

Very interesting lab. Well done! But I guess it requires more than an hour to complete. I will attempt again in that hour now that I got the experience. Thank you!

Updating the docker image version had no effect, and also the GUI for Kubernetes did not work with any of the two approaches.

As of Sept 17, 2017, the dotnet --version shows: 2.0 I am unable to perform all of the dotnet related labs due to unable to create a ASP.net Core (such as dotnet new mvc) and unable to launch the server (dotnet run) therefore I cannot perform/practice any of the lab: dotnet run ** google84261_student@qwiklabs-gcp-6c8cd76548dff0aa:~/HelloWorldAspNetCore$ dotnet run Permission denied to modify the '/opt/dotnet/sdk/NuGetFallbackFolder' folder. Here are some options to fix this error: --------------------- 1. Re-run this command with elevated access. 2. Disabled the first run experience by setting the environment variable DOTNET_SKIP_FIRST_TIME_EXPERIENCE to true. 3. Copy the .NET Core SDK to a non-protected location and use it from there. crit: Microsoft.AspNetCore.Server.Kestrel[0] Unable to start Kestrel.
