We changed this time sth. in feedback algorithm. Because it is weekend, we give 3 of 5 stars instead of 1 star of not completeable labs. The lab is not completeable because the source of the babynames cannot be found. A replacement by another bucket is not possible although the storage admin rights are at the stud adress (billing plan recommendations, usually not the case). I tried to construct with a empty table and schema reconstruction and with an upload via web source, but wrong dataformat (or parsed could not fix it automatically). Maybe just the wrong time to complete or the usual last lab in course completing effect from Google Cloud.
