The following statement is misleading: "These commands create an autoscaler on the managed instance groups that automatically adds instances when utilization is above 60% utilization, and removes instances when the load balancer is below 60% utilization." It sounds like once the instance was deleted and the utilization reached 60%, new instance will be created again. And so on. in chapter 8 I had to copy the content of the file from the section "The resulting code should look like this:". The file *.js.new was absent in the react-app/pages/home
