Very complex, and not sure of why all of the steps are important. Of course, likely because I'm not familiar with load balancers. I ran all of the steps, no errors, but the final check of using a browser to connect to the load balancer's IP address resulted in "This page isn't working" error. Don't know how to troubleshoot.
