The section titled "1. First, create the load balancer template:" isn't actually creating the load balancer, it is in fact creating the web servers. The URL-map step is where the load balancing is put in place. Fix this! Also, it is extremely difficult to copy the multi-line commands into the terminal window without making an error - particularly with the ECHO | tee steps. Why not break these down a bit?
