The lab itself has very good content, however the time to do the lab is not enough at all!!. Its only enough time, if you do the lab just to follow the instructions without actually thinking and analyzing what every instruction does! maybe 15-20 minutes more will fix this lab. Also in Task 3 -> "Start the configuration" the step #6 should be "Load balancer generation" (this is missing in the lab, but its present on google console).
