Creating an Amazon Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) with AWS CloudFormation Reviews

Suggestion: At the lab completion step it would be helpful to suggest logical follow-on labs that would either expand knowledge on the current topic or take the student to the next obvious use-case step for a given topic. IE: A VPC will typically have multiple Linux or Windows EC2s as well as S3s so labs for building them might be a suggestion for follow-on.

The lab was semi interesting, but did not go into the actual creation of the yaml configs it just gave them to use and had us apply them. I would have preferred having the resources introduced one at a time and have the user build up the yaml resource by resource then apply to see the results.
