Configuring Network Connectivity Center as a Transit Hub Reviews

I got europe-west4 for provisioning of the second spoke (bo2). It was not able to execute the CLI command for provisioninig as in the region site-to-site connectivity was not supported.

vpc and subnets are named usw2 but created in us-central1. It creates a confusion.
