i cannot create vm in this zone as it is not available, if i select another zone then my screen logs out, fix this, i don't have time to waste on it by visiting here multiple time to do labs

I had this error: "A 10GB pd-balanced disk is currently unavailable in the us-east1-d zone (lab given zone). Please try your request again in another zone. For more information, see the troubleshooting documentation." How do i continue if the given zone does not work as intended?

it doesn't complete on "Create the Cloud SQL instance". It always prompts with "Please add the network with desired configuration. " Please check this is the only lab i'm not able to finish. I have repeatedly added the network properties.
