If you install numpy>=2.0.0 the notebook crashes, do pip install numpy=1.26.4

The numpy version makes everything break from the beggining. I had to change the version to make it work. The code explanations are not clear. You don't explain why you are adding certain configuration steps or any context to actually learn how to use gcp and deploy models in the future. It is a horrible way of learning
