개요

Vertex AI는 하나의 통합 UI 및 API로 ML을 빌드할 수 있도록 Google Cloud 서비스를 한곳에 모아 제공합니다. 이제 Vertex AI를 통해 AutoML 또는 커스텀 코드 학습을 사용하여 모델을 쉽게 학습시키고 비교할 수 있으며 모든 모델이 하나의 중앙 모델 저장소에 저장됩니다. 이제 이러한 모델을 Vertex AI의 동일한 엔드포인트에 배포할 수 있습니다.

AutoML Vision을 사용하면 머신러닝(ML) 전문 지식이 부족한 사람도 고품질 이미지 분류 모델을 학습시킬 수 있습니다. 이 실습에서는 손상된 자동차 부품을 자동으로 인식하는 커스텀 ML 모델을 생성하는 방법을 알아봅니다. 모델 학습은 이 실습의 지정된 소요 시간보다 오래 걸리므로 동일한 데이터 세트로 학습되었으며 다른 프로젝트에 호스팅된 모델과 상호작용하고 예측을 요청해 봅니다. 그런 다음 예측 요청을 위한 데이터 값을 조정하여 모델의 결과 예측이 어떻게 달라지는지 살펴봅니다.

목표

이 실습에서는 다음을 수행하는 방법에 대해 알아봅니다.

  • CSV 파일을 사용하여 라벨이 지정된 데이터 세트를 Cloud Storage에 업로드하고 이를 관리형 데이터 세트로서 Vertex AI에 연결
  • 업로드된 이미지를 검사하여 데이터 세트에 오류가 없는지 확인
  • AutoML Vision 모델 학습 작업 시작
  • 동일한 데이터 세트로 학습되었으며 호스팅된 모델에 예측 요청

설정 및 요건

이 실습을 완료하려면 다음을 준비해야 합니다.

실습을 시작하고 Google Cloud 콘솔에 로그인하는 방법

  1. 실습 시작 버튼을 클릭합니다. 실습 비용을 결제해야 하는 경우 결제 수단을 선택할 수 있는 팝업이 열립니다. 왼쪽에는 다음과 같은 항목이 포함된 실습 세부정보 패널이 있습니다.

    • Google Cloud 콘솔 열기 버튼
    • 남은 시간
    • 이 실습에 사용해야 하는 임시 사용자 인증 정보
    • 필요한 경우 실습 진행을 위한 기타 정보
  2. Google Cloud 콘솔 열기를 클릭합니다(Chrome 브라우저를 실행 중인 경우 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 시크릿 창에서 링크 열기를 선택합니다).

    실습에서 리소스가 가동되면 다른 탭이 열리고 로그인 페이지가 표시됩니다.

    팁: 두 개의 탭을 각각 별도의 창으로 나란히 정렬하세요.

    참고: 계정 선택 대화상자가 표시되면 다른 계정 사용을 클릭합니다.
  3. 필요한 경우 아래의 사용자 이름을 복사하여 로그인 대화상자에 붙여넣습니다.

Cloud Shell 활성화

Cloud Shell은 다양한 개발 도구가 탑재된 가상 머신으로, 5GB의 영구 홈 디렉터리를 제공하며 Google Cloud에서 실행됩니다. Cloud Shell을 사용하면 명령줄을 통해 Google Cloud 리소스에 액세스할 수 있습니다.

  1. Google Cloud 콘솔 상단에서 Cloud Shell 활성화 Cloud Shell 활성화 아이콘를 클릭합니다.

연결되면 사용자 인증이 이미 처리된 것이며 프로젝트가 PROJECT_ID로 설정됩니다. 출력에 이 세션의 PROJECT_ID를 선언하는 줄이 포함됩니다.

gcloud는 Google Cloud의 명령줄 도구입니다. Cloud Shell에 사전 설치되어 있으며 명령줄 자동 완성을 지원합니다.

작업 1. Cloud Storage에 학습용 이미지 업로드하기

이 작업에서는 사용할 학습 이미지를 Cloud Storage에 업로드합니다. 이렇게 하면 나중에 데이터를 Vertex AI로 가져오기가 수월해집니다.

손상된 자동차 부품의 이미지를 분류하도록 모델을 학습시키려면 머신에 라벨이 지정된 학습 데이터를 제공해야 합니다. 모델은 이 데이터를 사용하여 자동차 부품과 손상된 자동차 부품을 구분하면서 각 이미지에 대한 이해를 심화합니다.

참고: 이 실습의 목적을 위해 라벨이 지정된 데이터 세트(이미지 플러스 파일)가 CSV 파일로 제공되었기 때문에 이미지에 라벨을 지정할 필요가 없습니다. 다음 섹션에서는 이 CSV 파일을 사용하는 단계를 소개합니다.

이 예제에서 모델은 범퍼, 엔진룸, 후드, 측면, 앞 유리 등 손상된 자동차 부품 다섯 가지를 분류하도록 학습됩니다.

Cloud Storage 버킷 만들기

  1. 먼저 새로운 Cloud Shell 창을 열고 다음 명령어를 실행하여 환경 변수를 설정합니다.

작업 2. 데이터 세트 만들기

이 작업에서는 새로운 데이터 세트를 만들고 데이터 세트를 학습 이미지에 연결하여 Vertex AI가 이 이미지에 액세스할 수 있도록 합니다.

원래는 각 행에 학습 이미지의 URL과 그 이미지의 관련 라벨이 포함되어 있는 CSV 파일을 만들어야 합니다. 이 실습에서는 CSV 파일이 이미 만들어져 있으므로 이 파일을 버킷 이름으로 업데이트하고 Cloud Storage 버킷에 업로드하기만 하면 됩니다.

CSV 파일 업데이트

아래의 스크립트 템플릿을 복사하여 Cloud Shell에 붙여넣고 Enter 키를 눌러 업데이트한 다음 CSV 파일을 업로드합니다.

  1. 파일의 사본을 생성하기 위해 다음 명령어를 실행합니다.

관리형 데이터 세트 만들기

  1. Google Cloud 콘솔의 탐색 메뉴(탐색 메뉴 아이콘)에서 Vertex AI > 대시보드를 클릭합니다.

  2. 아직 사용 설정되지 않았으면 모든 권장 API 사용 설정을 클릭합니다.

  3. 왼쪽의 Vertex AI 탐색 메뉴에서 데이터 세트를 클릭합니다.

  4. 콘솔의 상단에서 + 만들기를 클릭합니다.

  5. 데이터 세트 이름으로 damaged_car_parts를 입력합니다.

  6. 이미지 분류(단일 라벨)를 선택합니다. 참고: 다중 클래스 분류를 수행하는 경우에는 프로젝트에서 '다중 라벨 분류' 상자를 선택합니다.

  7. 리전으로 을(를) 선택합니다.

  8. 만들기를 클릭합니다.

이 섹션에서는 이전 단계에서 업로드한 학습 이미지의 위치를 선택합니다.

  1. 가져오기 방법 선택 섹션에서 Cloud Storage에서 가져오기 파일 선택을 클릭합니다.

  2. Cloud Storage에서 가져오기 파일 선택 섹션에서 찾아보기를 클릭합니다.

  3. 표시되는 메시지에 따라 스토리지 버킷을 탐색하여 data.csv 파일을 클릭합니다. 선택을 클릭합니다.

  4. 파일을 적절하게 선택하면 파일 경로의 왼쪽에 녹색 체크박스가 표시됩니다. 계속을 클릭하여 이어서 진행합니다.

참고: 이미지를 가져와서 카테고리에 맞게 분류하는 데 9~12분이 걸립니다. 진행 상황을 확인하려면 먼저 이 단계가 완료될 때까지 기다려야 합니다.

작업 3. 이미지 검사하기

이 작업에서는 이미지를 검사하여 데이터 세트에 오류가 없는지 확인합니다.

이미지 라벨 확인

  1. 브라우저 페이지를 새로고침했으면 데이터 세트를 클릭하고 이미지 이름을 선택한 다음 찾아보기를 클릭합니다.

  2. 라벨 필터링 아래에서 라벨 하나를 클릭하여 특정 학습 이미지를 봅니다. (예: engine_compartment)

참고: 프로덕션 모델을 빌드하는 경우 높은 정확성을 위해서는 라벨당 최소 100개의 이미지가 필요합니다. 이 실습은 데모이므로 모델을 빠르게 학습시킬 수 있도록 유형당 이미지를 20장만 사용했습니다.
  1. 라벨이 잘못 지정된 이미지가 있으면 이미지를 클릭하여 라벨을 변경하거나 학습 세트에서 이미지를 삭제합니다.

  1. 다음으로는 분석 탭을 클릭하여 라벨당 이미지 개수를 확인합니다. 브라우저에 라벨 통계 창이 나타납니다.
참고: 데이터 세트에 라벨을 지정하는 데 도움이 필요한 경우 Vertex AI 라벨링 서비스를 사용하면 수동 라벨러와 함께 작업하여 정확성이 높은 라벨을 생성할 수 있습니다.

작업 4. 모델 학습시키기

이제 모델을 학습시킬 수 있습니다. 모델 코드를 작성할 필요 없이 Vertex AI가 이 작업을 자동으로 처리합니다.

  1. 오른쪽에서 새 모델 학습을 클릭합니다.

  2. 학습 방법 창에서 기본 구성을 유지하고 학습 방법으로 AutoML을 선택합니다. 계속을 클릭합니다.

  3. 모델 세부정보 창에서 모델 이름을 damaged_car_parts_model로 입력합니다. 계속을 클릭합니다.

  4. 학습 옵션 창에서 높은 정확성(신규)을 선택하고 계속을 클릭합니다.

  5. 컴퓨팅 및 가격 책정 창에서 예산을 8시간의 최대 노드 시간으로 설정합니다.

  6. 학습 시작을 클릭합니다.

참고: 모델 학습은 이 실습의 지정된 소요 시간보다 오래 걸릴 수 있습니다. 모델이 학습을 완료하지 않은 상태로 다음 섹션을 진행해도 됩니다.

작업 5. 호스팅된 모델에서 예측 요청하기

이 실습의 목적을 위해 정확하게 동일한 데이터 세트로 학습된 모델이 다른 프로젝트에 호스팅되어 있으므로, 로컬 모델이 학습을 완료하기 전에 이 모델에 예측을 요청할 수 있습니다. 로컬 모델 학습은 이 실습의 지정된 소요 시간보다 오래 걸리기 때문입니다.

선행 학습된 모델에 대한 프록시가 설정되어 있으므로 실습 환경에서 작동하도록 하기 위해 추가 단계를 수행할 필요가 없습니다.

이 모델에 예측을 요청하기 위해 프로젝트 내의 엔드포인트로 예측을 전송해 봅니다. 그러면 요청이 호스팅된 모델로 전달되고 출력이 반환됩니다. AutoML 프록시에 예측을 전송하는 작업은 방금 만든 모델과 상호작용하는 방식과 매우 유사하므로 이 단계를 연습으로 생각하면 됩니다.
