It's easy to create a table and add content into table. However, "adding 'indent'" into the structure will be more organized for design purposes (even for the database entry level learners.)

Lab was fine; content a bit basic, since I've been a developer for twenty-five years - ten years doing old style SQL database development. Only one issue - it's difficult to enlarge the instruction text as it does not seem to be aligned centrally. Was evaluating the quick labs.
