Cloud composer took 20-30 minutes to spin up. script to send to airflow was not working (gsutil cp hadoop_tutorial.py gs://us-central1-highcpu-5553171e-bucket/dags). Had to manually run that step of the DAG to get it into airflow and then rush to finish. Time limit was not enough due to scripts not working and spin ups taking nearly half of my time.
