Cannot copy text from the document. It might take a while until you copy the PHP script.

Had to pay twice because the office firewall blocked access. I don't suppose you'd give me those first credits back?

This is dumb, how you follow what I am doing as objective? I did all what is requested and I had still 20 minutes left before I ended the lab and it said I did not complete the objective. I wasted time trying to copy your script from the instruction which does not allow me to copy it and I had to type everything manually. At least when you say copy, allow student to copy. Also you tell us to go back to the AWS console and look for Elastic IP's. It is wrong, it is in the EC2 not the console and that took 5 minutes to figure out because of your wrong instruction.
