Lab is broken, newer dependencies have been released and your install script needs to be updated. As an experienced AWS user I had no issues figuring out the problem using the cloud-init logs but less experienced users would have issues. This is unacceptable to be charging people money for a lab so poorly maintained.

The ruby server never came up, Public DNS page of EC2 server showed 404 error. Please look into this.
