I spent almost one hour getting the message "Your unique, federated login credentials are being created. Please try again in 30 seconds" attempting to open the console. I was never able to attempt the lab. What a waste of time. I don't understand why this software is so poorly written. Only start the lab is a console is available and lock it to the session during the duration of the lab. I looked throughout the Qwiklabs site but could not find a way to complain about the horrible experience. At the very least you should credit the account so I can attempt the course again. I hated this site, what a POS!!!!!
