It was pretty easy. I screwed up setting up the Lambda function at first; The lambda function didn't seem to be setup to send a log stream to CloudWatch, which would have been handy to debug why it was broken.

barely gave an idea of what you were doing....lots of clicking and little on the general theory.

Wish it wouldn't do some of the intermediate steps for you, but it is a very good intro lab for kinesis. The "test with demo data" took too long to load as well, but I understood the concept!
