(Service: AmazonKinesis; Status Code: 400; Error Code: ResourceNotFoundException; Request ID: c4bb2926-242b-3da5-954f-2ee727d52302)). Will retry. Also - UI seems to have changes a bit on the AWS console so some steps are not in the correct order
