Horrifically broken tutorial. It's incorrect from about 1/3 of the way through. You list files in wrong directories (listing '/public' when they actually are in '/src'). 'For the purposes of this lab, the Firebase SDK is already imported in the index.html' Oh no it is not! Not in the /web-start nor the 'supposedly' complete and ready 'web' directory. I had to cobble together a soloution using code from the /cloud-functions directory and mash it together with existing firebase knowledge. I do understand that SaaS like Firebase and Google Cloud products change over time but please re-read and correct the bits about the SDK to spare future aspiring devs a headache. Thanks!
