Deploying a Python Flask Web Application to App Engine Flexible Reviews

I tried to deploy app using python version 3.7 to 3.12, but it errors with python EOS in all version.

The use of python 2.7 doesn't seem to be supported anymore and new versions require the addition of operating_system in app.yml : “INVALID_ARGUMENT: Error(s) encountered validating runtime. Your runtime version for python is past End of Support. Please upgrade to the latest runtime version available”.
