I did the lab once and received a score of 0/20. While going through the lab, it does not appear to register the scores as I complete the tasks. I'm using Google Chrome to perform the labs. All tabs are in the same browser window as well.

This was my first experience of configuring LBs in AWS rather than through application services. I'm astonished how quick and easy it is, especially customisation and reporting.
