There is a missing step, that can cause confusion; When accessing the Cloudwatch service (#52), the next step (#53) should be: "select Metrics in the navigation pane".

Step 52 is wrong after going into cloudwatch there is no ELB option to choose. I did however create metrics that aren't registering in my score.
