Scoring problem. Repeated lab and get to 10/20. Create and test ELB but won't go to 20/20. If I stop an EC2 instance score drops to 0/20 and back up after started again. ELB state seems to be ignored so can't complete lab. Disappointing.

CloudWatch section is not accurate (ELB was not found in the navigation pane)
