Some steps were unclear and a screenshot would have helped - especially when creating an alarm, as the dialog is not top-down linear. Also, an err: no permission to see the cloudwatch logs although a log was successfully created.

Errors, errors, errors! Either not sufficient rights, mission log streams or errors pop outs... I need to re-consider paying 55E / month for very low quality service! I wonder if someone from your company actually go through the lab from time to time to check if it is still relevant!?
