I couldn't create the resources in us-west-2 due to permissions. I created them in us-east-1 but then qwikilabs didn't update the steps. So I have to do it again

The course is great! BUt it will be better if the code can be explained in details. For example, why logger's content goes into Cloudwatch log? What about using 'print' instead?
