Compose would not open a Create Environment page. Instead, it forwarded me to the Could Compose API page at Marketplace. Only after I started an interactive tutorial from Google, it enabled the Cloud Build API, and only then I could proceed with the Compose environment. Clunky. It needs to be more clear that DAGS_BUCKET should be picked from airflow environment and should NOT include /dags at end. Took me some digging around to figure out why it wasnt working.
