Implement Load Balancing on Compute Engine: Challenge Lab Reviews

It was quite a challenging one, but still glad there is a lab, where I have to think a bit about what I'm doing - better chance of actually learning something. That being said... I get that there shouldn't be step-by-step instructions, but it would be extremely helpful to get clear information what we should be able to see if we are going the right way. The "check my progress" does not seem to be that much helpful here. Some examples could be: can you access each VM instance create? with Nginx welcoming page... can you access LB and does it switch between instances? The second part of the progress check went from 5 to 70 points with not that much change on my end. Perhaps that could be improved, so that people know they only miss a small part rather than questioning the whole setup
