I think the concept of this lab is great, but I got stuck very early on (step 2) and was not able to progress. When attempting to find formulas for Slices, none of the syntax I wrote was accepted by the tool. For example, for the AssignedTasks Slice, I attempted to use the Formula: AND([Employee Email] = USEREMAIL(),[Task Status] = "Assigned") but received the error "Cannot compare List with Email in ([Employee Email] = USEREMAIL())". I searched several forums, read the AppSheet documentation and queried Gemini multiple times but no matter what I tried, I couldn't find an acceptable solution. I with this lab would have included "answers" so that when I got stuck, I could see an acceptable solution and learn from it, rather than simply not being able to move forward and never learning what I did wrong.

Bro wtf in this requeritments, For the Employee Role column, because it's a column of type Ref, set its initial value to be the Role ID of the row in the Role table that has a value of Staff in the Role Name column. To implement this functionality, use the AppSheet SELECT() function. be more specific about where it should be implemented, little more and you have to guess
