Based on the information provided here 7https://cloud.google.com/kubernetes-engine/docs/deprecations/podsecuritypolicy , it seems impossible to complete task 7. To complete task 7, you must use a different version of the GKE cluster, for example: gcloud container clusters create simplecluster --zone $MY_ZONE --num-nodes 2 --metadata=disable-legacy-endpoints=false --cluster-version=1.21.14-gke.18800
