Deploy a Modern Web App connected to a Cloud Spanner Instance Reviews

Following the instruction ends up with fronted unable to handle registration without readable error. There's no error also in logs for both apps in google run tab except an 404 information. Tried using the backend url with and without "/api/v1" string - no difference.
