I think there needs to be a little more detail regarding Windows users. I have never used Remote Desktop on Windows before so I struggled a bit.

I couldn't get the password to reset with a message saying Did not receive password in a reasonable amount of time. Please try again. I did a heavy amount of troubleshooting with my own time settings on my computer to no avail.
