There should be a mention of issues when working on a Windows client that's in a domain. You need to prefix the instance in front of the admin username in order to override the domain default....

I was waiting for 10 minutes until the cloud shell was available RDP connection was not working (but most probably this is caused by our company policy to block the rdp outgoing connection.
