This lab doesn't work, I think it because new PgAdmin homepage, can't see the left pane, and force me to login

Why there is need to put Sql instance public IP to connect to it whereas it should be 127.0.0.1. Purpose of this lab is not meet at all. I tried connecting sql instance using 127.0.0.1 which is expected and overall purpose of lab but it never worked. Poor lab with poor instructions.
