    first attempt had errors could not get localhost, needed to restart 2nd attempt a few days later at the15th step Use the <DATABASE_USER_NAME>(dbadmin) and <USER_PASSWORD> you created earlier to connect to 127.0.0.1:5432: cloud proxy sql is broken, pgadmin gives you an error that it can not reach the host (not a bad username/password)
