Distributed Image Processing in Cloud Dataproc Reviews

There are issues in this lab: 1.Dataproc cluster doesn't allow "_" in the name anymore 2. The service account doesn't have enough permissions to submit jobs 3. The service account doesn't have enough permissions to create the storage bucket. Please resolve these issues.
