Dataproc cluster encountered errors. Redid the lab twice and nothing changes.

Persistent error, despite following lab's error guidance meticulously. I'd like to be refunded the credits; you didn't deliver anything close to what a reasonable client would expect from reading the lab

[yesterday] With gcloud config set dataproc/region us-west1 I was unable to create cluster due to Insufficient 'DISKS_TOTAL_GB' quota. Requested 3000.0, available 1096.0.. When switched to us-west2 all checks on progress failed. Today it work... (but I've increased disk size, but it shouldn't affect this lab)
