This lab cannot be completed the reason being , in the region us-east-1 , zone : us-east-1d the cluster resources are not getting provisioned. Tried attempting to provision the cluster twice and both times it failed. I then tried provisioning the cluster in a different region /zone (us-central-1) , though it worked and i was able to submit a spark job sucessfully, the task status cannot be verified as it still checks for cluster creation in us-east-1 with zone being us-east-1d only. I will be raising an incident with the support team to get this resolved.

I had to restart the lab completely but second try worked ok. The steps to build the cluster could definitely be more specific and clarify exactly where each of the configurations are set.
