I was given multiple different errors at the deploy stage: ResponseError code 403, OperationError code 4, ResponseError code 400. When it finally did deploy, it didn't give the correct message. I only found it, and the url on the google cloud functions dashboard.

Roles may not be set up correctly for this project. Include instructions on how to change roles using the cloud terminal in case the user receives an error message when attempting to deploy.
