Could not even launch the cloud shell. Could not do anything in the lab. It always showed failed to connect to a VM due to the load

Provisioning the cloud shell did not work so I downloaded the SDK on my mac. This put me behind in the lab & would've made for a much better experience had I know it was faster/more reliable to use local SDK rather than cloud shell.

lab content is good but support from GC console is bad. The cloud shell never started.

Because of high load too slow getting started (no cloud shell) else I think. nice walk through of using kube.
