There was no available instances n1-standart-1 in the exact zone (for the bastion) and the cluster were being created for more the half an hour with no success showing that it cannot spin up nodes. It's either learning platform issue that doesn't take into account the exact zone capacity or GCP but it was a wasted hour for me
