In the Task 1 it's said: "Create a BigQuery dataset named ecommerce that is multi-region in the United States." multi-region!!! Because of that you need to create a multi-region connection, but Tag Template cannot be create multi-region and you cannot attach tags that created in us-central1 to the multi-region table. And after that you need to restart the lab.
