Many minor erros. regions incorrect and changing, non unique naming, provisioning of VM didnt work the first time and was very slow.

Again I have logged into the Google Console with 7 payment credits. I selected the Compute Engine Icon and the next screen has nothing. . . "You (I) do not have permissions to access any of the resources." So this exercise told me I stubbed my know. And I was not able to create a VM instance in the second GCP class. I only recall my recent college instruction with the creation of VirtualPlayer of EMC and VirtualBox of Oracle.
