Failed to RDP to the instance created with Qwiklabs custom image with VScommunity using "admin"/"Windows123". Created a Win2016 instance with GCP image worked instead. "gcloud init" command is best to run within the PowerShell session, instead of starting with command prompt and then subsequently launch PowerShell. "gcloud init" seemed to be required to run again in the separately launched PowerShell session.
