There was a typo: the Note about "Sorry that name is not available" should be BELOW the New-GcsBucket command. There's no way the Powershell would generate that error message by assigning a string to a variable. Also, the New-GcsObject command should re-use the $bucket variable instead of hardcoding a name that will most likely not work.
