There is a discrepancy on the dot net version. On the project dotnet is version 3.1, but then the instructions is using version 2.1. Did not build in Dockerfile because of that

Dotnet 2.1 is not valid anymore , You should update the course. And the example text in Index.cshtml is not the same anymore either.

The version of dotnet required (2.1) is incompatible with the current one (3.1) hence the lab is broken
