Region specified does not work and the second check my step doesn't work either. I've double checked my naming and know things work. So maybe its is broke because the region doesn't match?

Task1. 'Create dataform repository' > Region (europe-west4) select error.... If I keep trying, I get an error and I can't even proceed anymore. [Sorry, Your quota has been exceeded for this lab].

there were resource constraints errors for the location when I tried to create a repository. No instructions on how to solve this. I tried to used the service accounts that were configured and even the defaults but none of them worked.

We have a mistake with this lab. In the step 1 we have to create quickstart-repository in europe-west-4 but we get an error "Violation location policies " so if we want to do this lab we have to create with other location and we will never complete 100%.
